TERMS OF SERVICE — SUPPORT PORTAL

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Stantexx Support Portal (“Portal”), operated by Stantexx Contractors & General Supplies (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the Portal, you agree to these Terms.


1. Purpose of the Support Portal

The Portal provides clients with:

  • Ticket submission and tracking

  • Service updates and notifications

  • Access to documentation and resources

  • Communication with our support team

The Portal is intended for authorized clients only.

To access the Portal, you may be required to create an account.

You agree to:

You agree to:

  • Respond to requests for information

  • Test and confirm resolutions


5. Data & Privacy

Information submitted through the Portal may include:

  • Contact details

  • Technical logs

  • System information

  • Attachments

We handle all data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Data Protection Policy.


6. Availability & Maintenance

We strive to maintain Portal availability but do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted access

  • Error‑free operation

  • Immediate resolution of issues

Scheduled maintenance may occur with or without notice.


7. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate Portal access if:

  • Terms are violated

  • Abuse or security risks are detected

  • The client relationship ends

You may request account closure at any time.


8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of data

  • Delays in ticket resolution

  • Portal downtime

  • Indirect or consequential damages

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for support services.


9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Portal indicates acceptance of updated Terms.
