REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and service changes are handled for all services provided by Stantexx Contractors & General Supplies, including Odoo ERP, VoIP & PBX, website design, hosting, domain & email services, and related digital solutions.

By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.


đź’ł 1. General Refund Policy

Because our services involve time, expertise, configuration, and digital delivery, all payments are generally non‑refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

1.1. Duplicate Payments

If you accidentally make a duplicate payment, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate amount.

1.2. Service Not Delivered

If a service has not yet started and no work has been performed, you may request a cancellation and partial refund (minus administrative fees).

1.3. Legal Requirements

If applicable laws require a refund, we will comply accordingly.



🛠 2. Service‑Specific Refund Terms

2.1. Odoo ERP Services

Due to the nature of ERP implementation, configuration, and development:

  • Payments for Odoo services are non‑refundable once work has begun.

  • Deposits are non‑refundable.

  • Custom development, integrations, and migrations are non‑refundable.

If you cancel mid‑project, you will be billed for all completed work.


2.2. VoIP & PBX Services

Because VoIP services rely on third‑party carriers, licensing, and provisioning:

  • Setup fees are non‑refundable.

  • Monthly service fees are non‑refundable once the billing cycle begins.

  • Hardware (if provided) must be returned in unused condition for any refund consideration.


2.3. Website Design & Development

Website design involves creative and technical work. Therefore:

  • Deposits are non‑refundable.

  • Work already completed is billable and non‑refundable.

  • If you cancel before completion, you will receive all completed work up to that point.


2.4. Domain & Email Services

Domains and email services are tied to third‑party registrars and cannot be reversed.

  • Domain purchases are non‑refundable.

  • Email hosting fees are non‑refundable once activated.

  • DNS configuration and migration fees are non‑refundable.


❌ 3. Cancellations

3.1. Monthly Services

You may cancel monthly services (VoIP, hosting, email, support plans) at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

No partial refunds are issued for unused time.



3.2. Project‑Based Services

For project‑based work (Odoo, websites, branding):

  • You may cancel at any time.

  • You will be billed for all completed work.

  • Deposits remain non‑refundable.


🔄 4. Changes to Services

If you request changes to a project or service:

  • Additional fees may apply

  • Timelines may be adjusted

  • A revised proposal or invoice may be issued


đź§ľ 5. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is initiated:

  • All work will be paused immediately

  • Access to systems may be suspended

  • We will provide documentation to the payment provider

  • You remain responsible for all outstanding balances
