HOSTING & EMAIL ABUSE POLICY

This Hosting & Email Abuse Policy (“Policy”) outlines the rules, restrictions, and enforcement procedures for hosting, domain, DNS, and email services provided by Stantexx Business Solutions (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By using our hosting or email services, you agree to comply with this Policy.


🌐 1. Purpose of This Policy

This Policy is designed to:

  • Protect the integrity and security of our hosting and email systems

  • Prevent abuse, spam, fraud, and malicious activity

  • Ensure fair and reliable service for all clients

  • Maintain compliance with global email and hosting standards

You may not use our email services for:

2.2. Phishing or Deceptive Emails

Including:

You may not send:

2.4. Unauthorized Relaying

You may not:

  • Use our servers as open relays

  • Route third‑party traffic through your account

  • Share SMTP credentials with unauthorized users

Violations may result in immediate suspension.

You may not use our hosting services for:

3.1. Illegal Content

Including:

  • Pirated materials

  • Copyright violations

  • Hate speech

  • Defamatory content

  • Illegal downloads

3.2. Resource Abuse

Including:

  • Excessive CPU or RAM usage

  • Running unauthorized servers

  • Hosting high‑volume bots or scrapers

  • Overloading bandwidth

3.3. Security Violations

Including:

  • Attempting to hack or exploit systems

  • Hosting malware or phishing pages

  • Running penetration tests without permission

  • Circumventing security controls

3.4. High‑Risk Activities

Including:

  • Cryptocurrency mining

  • DDoS tools

  • Proxy or VPN abuse

  • Spam hosting


🔐 4. DNS & Domain Security Requirements

Clients must:

  • Maintain secure passwords

  • Protect DNS access credentials

  • Avoid unauthorized DNS changes

  • Notify us immediately of suspicious activity

We may lock domains temporarily if abuse is detected.



📡 5. Monitoring & Enforcement

We monitor:

  • Email sending patterns

  • Hosting resource usage

  • DNS activity

  • Security alerts

  • Abuse reports

If abuse is detected, we may:

  • Issue warnings

  • Temporarily suspend services

  • Block outbound email

  • Disable hosting access

  • Terminate services in severe cases

Immediate suspension may occur if the abuse threatens system integrity.



🛡 6. Blacklisting & Reputation Protection

If your domain or IP becomes blacklisted due to abuse:

  • We may suspend outbound email

  • You may be required to clean your lists

  • Additional fees may apply for delisting assistance

  • Repeated offenses may result in termination

We take sender reputation seriously to protect all clients.

Clients must:

  • Use email responsibly

  • Maintain secure devices

  • Avoid sharing login credentials

  • Follow best practices for list management

  • Ensure compliance with anti‑spam laws (e.g., CAN‑SPAM, GDPR)

Security is a shared responsibility.

If you suspect abuse or receive suspicious emails originating from our network, report it immediately:
