This Data Migration Disclaimer (“Disclaimer”) applies to all data migration services provided by Stantexx Contractors & General Supplies (“we”, “us”, “our”). It covers migrations related to Odoo ERP, CRM systems, VoIP platforms, email services, website databases, and any other digital systems.

By engaging our data migration services, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.


📦 1. Purpose of This Disclaimer

Data migration is a complex process that depends heavily on:

  • The quality of the source data

  • The structure of the legacy system

  • The compatibility of the target system

  • Client‑provided files, exports, and documentation

This Disclaimer clarifies what we can and cannot guarantee during the migration process.



đź—„ 2. No Guarantee of 100% Accuracy

While we take every reasonable step to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee:

  • 100% data accuracy

  • Perfect field mapping

  • Preservation of unsupported formats

  • Migration of corrupted or incomplete data

  • Exact replication of legacy system behavior

Data migration is performed as provided by the client.



🧹 3. Data Quality Is the Client’s Responsibility

The client is responsible for:

  • Providing clean, accurate, and complete data

  • Removing duplicates

  • Correcting errors in the source system

  • Ensuring data is properly formatted

  • Supplying all necessary exports and documentation

We are not responsible for issues caused by poor‑quality or incomplete data.



🔄 4. Data Transformation & Mapping

During migration, data may require:

  • Reformatting

  • Field mapping

  • Structural changes

  • Normalization

  • Manual adjustments

We will perform these tasks based on the information provided, but:

  • Some fields may not map perfectly

  • Some data may not be compatible with the target system

  • Additional work may require separate billing


⚠️ 5. Unsupported or Legacy Systems

We cannot guarantee successful migration from:

  • Outdated or proprietary systems

  • Systems without export capabilities

  • Systems with encrypted or locked data

  • Platforms with missing documentation

In such cases, partial migration or manual reconstruction may be required.

Before finalizing the migration, we will:

  • Provide a test environment (if applicable)

  • Allow the client to review migrated data

  • Request written approval before go‑live

The client is responsible for:

  • Verifying accuracy

  • Reporting issues promptly

  • Approving the final migration

Once approved, the migration is considered accepted.



🛡 7. Liability Limitations

We are not liable for:

  • Loss of data due to client actions

  • Corrupted or incomplete source data

  • Issues caused by third‑party systems

  • Data loss during client‑side transfers

  • Business interruptions resulting from migration

  • Incorrect or missing data in the source system

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the migration service.



🔌 8. Third‑Party Dependencies

If migration involves third‑party systems (email providers, CRMs, VoIP platforms, hosting companies):

  • We depend on their APIs, tools, and availability

  • We are not responsible for failures caused by external providers

  • Additional fees may apply for unsupported systems


🧾 9. Post‑Migration Adjustments

After migration:

  • Minor adjustments may be included

  • Major restructuring or cleanup may incur additional fees

  • New requirements are treated as new scope

ERP and CRM systems often require refinement after go‑live.



📜 10. Changes to This Disclaimer

We may update this Disclaimer periodically. Continued use of our migration services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
