Stantexx Contractors & General Supplies (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides digital services including VoIP & PBX, domain & email, website hosting, Odoo ERP integration, and related solutions. This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines the rules and restrictions for using our services.

By using our services, you agree to comply with this AUP.


🔐 1. Purpose of This Policy

This AUP is designed to:

  • Protect the integrity, security, and reliability of our systems

  • Ensure fair and responsible use of our services

  • Prevent abuse, fraud, and illegal activity

  • Protect our clients, partners, and network

This policy applies to all users of Stantexx services, including employees, contractors, and third‑party users.



🚫 2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services for any of the following:

Including but not limited to:

  • Fraud

  • Identity theft

  • Money laundering

  • Unauthorized access

  • Distribution of illegal content

  • Violations of local or international law

2.2. Abuse of VoIP & PBX Services

Prohibited actions include:

  • Robocalling or auto‑dialing

  • Spam calling

  • Caller ID spoofing

  • Harassment or threatening calls

  • Excessive call volume beyond normal business use

  • Using VoIP services for unlawful surveillance

2.3. Email Abuse

You may not use our email services to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages

  • Send phishing or deceptive emails

  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful attachments

  • Impersonate another person or organization

  • Host or distribute illegal content

We reserve the right to suspend accounts involved in email abuse.

2.4. Security Violations

You may not:

  • Attempt to bypass authentication

  • Probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities

  • Interfere with network performance

  • Deploy bots, scrapers, or automated attacks

  • Introduce malicious code

2.5. Resource Misuse

Including:

  • Excessive bandwidth consumption

  • Hosting prohibited content

  • Running unauthorized servers

  • Using services in ways that degrade performance for others


📡 3. Fair Usage for VoIP & PBX

To maintain service quality:

  • Call volumes must align with normal business usage

  • Unlimited plans are subject to fair usage thresholds

  • Excessive or automated calling may trigger review or suspension

A separate VoIP Fair Usage Policy can be generated if you want it.



🛡 4. Data Protection & Privacy

Users must:

  • Protect login credentials

  • Use strong passwords

  • Avoid sharing accounts

  • Report suspicious activity immediately

We reserve the right to suspend access if security is compromised.



🔄 5. Monitoring & Enforcement

We may monitor network traffic and usage patterns to:

  • Maintain service quality

  • Detect abuse

  • Protect system integrity

If we detect violations, we may:

  • Issue warnings

  • Suspend or terminate services

  • Block traffic or accounts

  • Report illegal activity to authorities
